Learning Goal: I’m working on a risk management writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

The purpose of this assignment is to determine which stakeholders need to participate collaboratively to plan on preventing terrorism within a community.

This assignment consists of two parts, an essay to organize your thoughts and a professional letter to practice communication in this type of situation.
