Description
Write a reflection on your own personal strengths, values, skills, and weaknesses when it comes to working with other people. The goal of this assignment is to make an intentional, meaningful connection between your own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to teamwork in a virtual setting.

Instructions
Ask yourself, “What’s the most important thing I learned from this course and the experience working in a virtual team?” Write about the wins and fails and what you would do differently next round. Lastly, ask yourself, “Now that I’ve learned this, what is something concrete I can try in some specific future situation to apply this insight?” This might be in your next coop, internship, a passion project with your friends or a job after graduation.

This is not an academic paper, but rather a reflection in a casual yet professional tone for you (and me) to hear about the ups and downs of your team experience and what you are taking away from this. Think white-paper rather than an academic essay.

Identify the main theme (inter-personal challenges, working virtually, meeting deadlines, mental health in a virtual environment etc)
Write about a specific instance, tell us how you navigated it
What did you learn through this experience?

How To Submit Your Assignment
Your assignment must be submitted online to the Team Reflection Dropbox by the deadline specified in the Course Schedule. Dropboxes can be accessed from the Course Home page by clicking Submit and then Dropbox on the course navigation bar.

Your assignment must be submitted in the following file type:

Portable Document Format (PDF)
General Guidelines for Submitting to a LEARN Dropbox
Ensure that the name of your file does not include special characters such as symbols or punctuation. Such characters may cause problems when uploading your file.
Unless otherwise instructed, please submit only ONE file per assignment (i.e., combine all documents into one file).
Do not zip your files.
Keep a copy of your assignment.
If your submission is successful, you will receive an Email Confirmation Receipt sent to your @uwaterloo.ca email address. If you do not receive an Email Confirmation Receipt, please double-check your submission and resubmit if necessary.
Keep all Email Confirmation Receipts until the course is over as proof of submission.
