- Establish clear lines of authority and responsibility
- Segregation of duties (Recordkeeping/Custody/Authorization)
- Hire Competent personnel
- Maintain adequate records (including control numbers on documents)
- Develop plans, budgets, and a system of independent review
- Provide physical and electronic controls
- Think about your work experience(s).
