You will present a Fictitious Illustrative Case presentation on the following topics

· Dermatology: Marsha has brought her daughter Katie to the office, Katie is a 3 year-old Taiwanese female. She presents with a fever and an erythematous papular rash over her entire body.

· Gastroenterology: Ralph is a 55-year-old Hispanic man who presents with complaints of severe sharp LUQ abdominal pain associated with nausea and vomiting. He stated the pain started approximately 2 days ago after he ate chili. The pain seems to come on as a spasm/cramping that is quite sharp, then either goes away or turns into a burning sensation that goes to the chest. He stated that during the past 7 years he has taken Mylanta for indigestion, and it tends to offer some relief, but it is not helping now.

· Respiratory: Jason is a 7 year old African-American boy accompanied by his mother. He presents with complaints of a night time cough and wheezing after playing outside. The cough and wheezing occur 2 to 3 times per week and have persisted for the past couple of weeks. Jason’s mother says the coughing generally occurs in the early morning hours.
