From a very young age, I was passionate about the way businesses functioned and how they thrived, whom their customers were and how they remained successful in a recession, against competition and what made themselves stand out from all the rest. My enthusiasm and curiosity grew after experiencing a traumatic situation at a young age my love for fabrics, silk, color, and artistic designs evolved when I realized it was one of the only measures that could take away the pain, memories and numbness. I became obsessed with fashion, image, obtaining a brand and the side of human behavior in business wanting to turn this hobby in to a lifestyle that would continue to flourish and grow. It needed to be beautiful, different and unique. I studied Applied Fashion Design and Technology Certificate II/III in year 11 and 12 that gave me knowledge and skills for clothing products, an understanding of small businesses, including quality processes, maintaining a business and developing personal skills. This introduced me to enterprise and entrepreneurial opportunities to small business. From that point in time I never looked back I just kept moving forward. My passion was my ultimate inspiration that gave me my power back, the confidence to grow as a person to be humbled and to find peace within me and to never allow those people whom took my innocence away to control my life it was victorious.
I reserve a great interest in the field of business and it is my aspirations that I gain more knowledge in this field. Although I have wide range of interests, I am particularly attracted to business management because I usually see it as a field associated with an exciting environment having its own challenges as well as demands. I am aware of the many ways that business management has the potentials for affecting peoples’ lives either directly or indirectly. I have always been a forward thinking character with sturdy drive, ability as well as ambitions that are crucial trait with significant implications in effective business management. I also possess sturdy skills in team work with exceptional organizational skills which I cultivated through past working experience as well as academic achievements. My most valuable strengths include potential for making analytical judgment, making decisions, management of people, assessment of business situations as well as identification of crucial points. My interpersonal skills are advanced and I am able to pass on important business information to the target audience.
At the moment, I m doing A levels at college and studying in this field has grown my interests in taking a course in business management in Macquarie University Graduate School. All of these are factors which I now have a firm understanding of.
