He is responsible for the global leadership of the product development of various business units and leads the multifunctional project team through the whole process of product development. Being a member of a strategic project team, Travis is fully responsible for the development of the product, building the project development plan, setting objectives, timelines and distributing project budgets and putting the operational plans into action to develop the product promptly, within the budget and the time frame. He works in a diverse environment of idea exchange and individual perspectives, which calls for a strong and professional leader.

Statement of Purpose: The purpose of this interview is to reveal the characteristics and traits of a true leader, and clearly understand how they can be applied to manage and lead people. Moreover, these questions will show how leadership is exercised, when the company or business is planning a change.
