Moreover, a woman better always be referred by name as a man, thus calling them by first and last names or titles preferably. You should also avoid masculine language in terms of using the word ‘man’, for it puts up men as superior to women, or at least can be interpreted this way.
Therefore, these words better be replaced with such word as ‘person’, which actually sounds pretty neutral, thus demonstrating you do not really diversify.
