Create a PMI Project Management processes matrix. A two dimensional matrix will be sufficient, with project lifecycle phases listed on one axis (horizontally or vertically) and project management knowledge/functional areas on the other axis. Using MS Excel will be most convenient for it. Inside each cell in the matrix on the intersection of these two dimensions, list the name and / or the output of the corresponding process. You are allowed to use the resources available online or in your textbook to find the names of processes or outcomes. However, you must type them all in your submission document yourself.
