You may send the questions to them ahead of time, but you must talk to them on the phone or via Facetime/Zoom/Skype. Do not submit written answers from the interviewee.
    Post-Interview
    After the interview, be sure to send a follow-up thank you and share at least one piece of new advice that you learned from the executive that you will incorporate into your career plans.

  6. Provide the name, title, and company information of your interviewee.
  7. List the type of interview: phone or Facetime/Zoom/Skype.
  8. Type up the answers to the five (5) questions.
  9. Write a 1-paragraph reflection of how you think the interview went, including the impact on your own listening skills. Use this reflection to compose the thank you.
  10. Attach a copy of the specific thank you sent to the interviewee.
    a. The thank you must mention the specific advice you learned.
    b. Write an email. Avoid sending a text or IM.
