Your friend Chris Ian operates a small trading business buying and selling Rare Earth
Elements called Gladis Metal PTY. They deal in very high value items and sales are not
frequent. Chris runs the business and employs two other staff. Chris has heard about MYOB
Essentials and is keen to adopt it for her business and asks you to advise her. When you look
at Romney and Steinbart, chapter 22, it appears to be aimed at large corporations and you
are not sure how relevant it is to small businesses. However, a classmate has suggested that
while physical design might not have relevance, a feasibility analysis might prove useful.
